Guided Trail Ride in Malibu - Ocean and Mountain Views

$175 per person for an hour and a half guided ride

Latigo Canyon Ride
Located in the most scenic and secluded area of Malibu, this ride takes you deep into the heart of the Santa Monica Mountains. To the West you’ll overlook the Pacific Ocean, and to the East the rolling hills and cresting peaks of the mountain range. This is an hour and a half long guided trail ride.

All groups are kept to four riders max.

High Horse Malibu Trail Rides

Before you hit the trail we’re going to spend some time making sure you learn the basics of riding. This will help keep you and your horse happy and safe. From first time riders to more seasoned equestrians - you can be sure you're going to enjoy your experience with High Hors! This is truly an unforgettable, one of a kind ride.

  • How much does it cost?

    Each ride is 1.5 hours long and $175 dollars per rider. We can accommodate up to four riders at a time.

  • What to expect...

    All rides begin with 15 minutes of instruction to get you acquainted with your horse and teach you some riding basics. Once everyone is feeling confident, we’ll hit the trail for a beautiful ride. Extra bonus – our guides take awesome photos along the way. 

  • What to wear.

    We recommend wearing long pants or jeans and boots if you have them! If not, any close-toed shoes will work just fine. Helmets are provided but not required.

  • Are there restrictions?

    Must be at least 8 years old to ride.

    Weight limits:

    Under 5'7: up to 175 lbs

    5'8" to 6": up to 200 lbs

    6ft +: up to 220lbs
